PRIVATE VOICE AND AUDITION PREPARATION
Rebekah currently maintains a private voice studio in Southwest, Michigan. Rebekah is passionate about building confidence through singing and has students pursuing degrees in music and performance in programs across the country including Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Gettysburg College, Penn State, Temple University, Grove City College, and Lancaster Bible College. While specializing in classical and musical theatre repertoire, Rebekah believes in building a strong technical foundation through a variety of fun and challenging music! Lessons include warmups that implement new technical skills, music theory, and ear training exercises followed by the application of skills in whatever pieces the student is working on. In addition to learning the technical elements of singing, Rebekah aims to help her students learn how to perform and communicate through music.
Don’t let her age fool you. Rebekah Hill is an experienced, knowledgeable, and inspiring voice teacher. I have few colleagues with as much passion for vocal pedagogy as she has. When she was in her undergrad at LBC, she studied with some of the finest teachers in the industry - and sang in masterclasses for world famous singers. So, she knows her stuff! When word gets out about her teaching, her studio will fill up fast. Get in now while you can!

PRESS
At the top of my list is the Civic debut of Rebekah Hill in the lead role of Maria. Her strong portrayal of this ebullient character and her vocal delivery of half a dozen numbers, including the show’s title song, solidifies the sympathies of the audience and the von Trapp children. Hill’s performance tops my list partly because of her character’s growth. She transitions from an uncertain future as a nun to governess in the von Trapp family home as she grows enough backbone to confront the domineering Captain von Trapp. In the process, she captures his heart.

"Rebekah Hill plays Katherine Plumber, Jack's love interest and a reporter who has a few secrets of her own. She helps bring awareness to the plight of the newsies, and brings a certain motherly sensibility to a group of ragtag boys...Hill pulls this off with grace and conviction."

Rich Mehrenberg, Broadway World
"[Hill's character] Maggie is sweet and innocent, traits that Hill highlights in her facial expressions and in her wonderful soprano voice. She wins over the audience with her character's hope and wishful attitude."
